This lot is listed as a classic site; however, it includes two TIKI structures available for optional use. The TIKI's do need some work, but renters may choose to use them—along with the grill and will need to provide own gas—this is at a reduced rental rate and not a premium rate. Use of the TIKI's is entirely at your discretion. This is great location lot walking distance to the clubhouse and it is a pull in lot with a great view of the beautiful waterfall.
Rates are discounted by length of stay. A stay that is 7 days to 27 days is 10% discount, 27 days and over is 15% discount.
Credit card services fees are 4%.
Rentals less than 182 days are subject to 12% Florida hotel tax.
