We have plenty of room to park a 45’ coach and truck without having to pull in sideways. Our lot is away from the traffic noise of I-95 and has grass behind it for your pet. We are close enough to the club house to walk, but far enough away to avoid the noise from the sports courts. We hope you love it as much as we do! And best yet this lot qualifies as a premium lot, but we are renting it out at classic premium rates!

Rates are discounted by length of stay. A stay that is 7 days to 27 days is 10% discount, 27 days and over is 15% discount.
Credit card services fees are 4%.
Rentals less than 182 days are subject to 12% Florida hotel tax.
