Please observe the following guidelines that were developed for your safety, the consideration of your neighbors and so you have an enjoyable stay. If you should have any questions, please stop by the Guest Services office. We will be happy to assist you.
After Hours Rental Guest Emergency Number is 772-631-9395 (4:00 pm. to 9:00 a.m.)
Rental Office Hours: *Peak Season Hours (October - April) 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday - Saturday & Sunday by Appointment Only!
*Off Season Hours (April-September) 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday-Saturday & Sunday by Appointment Only! Hours May Vary..
Check-in Time: 12:00 noon until 4:00 pm. If you will be arriving after hours, please make arrangements to arrive before 9:00 pm. Anyone that arrives after 9:00 pm will be unable to enter the resort and will be charged for that night.(Strictly Enforced)
Check-out Time: 11:00 a.m. Please contact the Guest Services office no later than 10:00 a.m, if you wish to extend your stay.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Any check in arriving after 9:00 pm will not have access into the resort. (Strictly Enforced)
Mail: Mail services are provided for long term rental guests. Mail must come in a bulk package. An outgoing mail basket is located at the Guest Services office. The U.S. Post Office is located less than a mile south on Peacock Blvd.
Laundry: Located in the bathhouses. Debit/Credit card operated machines. Please do not wash pet articles in the laundry facility.
Outside Drying: Please do not use clotheslines, drying racks or your awnings to dry towels and personal belongings. Dryers in the laundry room are for your convenience.
Trash: Leave trash in a secured plastic bag at the curb for pick up not later than 10:00 a.m. NO overnight!
Guests: All guests must register at the Guest Services office. The basic rate includes 4 people. Additional people are $10 per day, per person (6 person maximum per sites).
Children: You are responsible for all actions and behavior of the children or minors with you. Unruly behavior may necessitate your having to leave the Resort without a refund.Children are not allowed in the clubhouse or pool areas without Adult supervision.
Responsibility: You are responsible at all times for the conduct of your children, pets and guests. Management reserves the right to refuse admission and to restrict its clientele to those who conform to the Resort guidelines. Management does not assume responsibility for injuries or accidents.
Pet Policies: Pets are restricted to two (2) pets per lot. Dogs are to be exercised in the dog walk areas. Owners must clean up after their pets at all times. Dogs are to be leashed at all times with leashes no longer than six (6) feet and controlled in a manner to be kept off private lots. Dogs are not allowed on the golf course. Please DO NOT allow your pet to run loose at any time. Animals are not allowed in the pool, laundry areas, bathhouses or clubhouse. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended or to make excessive noise. Pet pens are not allowed on the premises. Management reserves the right to ask anyone not in compliance with these rules to leave the Resort. Please be thoughtful towards others when dealing with your pet. We also, suggest you carry your pets last shot records in case an issue should arise.
Trailers and Tow Dollies: May NOT be stored on the lot, in the Resort or in any parking lot.Please Inquire at the Guest Services office about nearby storage before making your reservation.
Dress Code: Casual attire is the generally accepted standard. Owners and guests, at all times, shall wear clean, appropriate clothing. Men are required to wear shirts at all times. Shorts are permitted. Bare feet are permitted in the pool or patio areas only.
Internet: Free Wi-Fi available in the Clubhouse only!.
Golf: Is free and included in your stay. Walk on Golf Course only.. NO Golf Carts permitted on the greens.
Golf Carts: No motorized vehicles are to be driven between dusk and dawn if not equipped with headlights and taillights and can only be operated on paved streets. Only licensed drivers may operate any type of motorized (electric or gas) vehicle in the resort.
Vehicles: Class A motorcoaches, a minimum of 25 feet in length, and two vehicles allowed per site. Jack Pads are required to be used on every lot. The Resort speed limit is 10 mph. Every coach will be escorted into the resort. Your guide will follow the direction marked on your resort map. Park so that your coach does not extend over the concrete pad onto the grass, which interferes with mowing and sprinklers. The angle of your concrete pad determines your direction when entering and exiting. Please drive on the paved area only and not onto the grass. There is No signage allowed on any vehicle.
Motorcoach and Car Washing: There is no charge for washing your windshield only. Battery washing is prohibited. Please contact the office for information on detailing services for your Motorcoach needs. You may wash your coach at the lot with a $10 wash permit from the Rental Office.
Swimming Pool: Children 16 years or younger are not allowed in the pool area without adult supervision. Please observe posted regulations. Food and glass containers are not permitted in the pool areas. Pools are closed from dusk to dawn.
Hot tub: No children under 12 are allowed.
Bathhouses: Please keep the Bath house clean at all times.
Glass: Please confine any glass containers to your site.
Bikes and Inline Skates: Permitted on the streets, except for the high traffic check-in area. Please obey all traffic signs. ATVs, Hover Boards & Skateboards: Not permitted
Flags: Only one (1) American flag may be displayed on your coach. No other flags are allowed.
Patio Lights: Hanging patio lights are not permitted.
Signs: Signs are not permitted on your coach or your lot. Lots are privately owned. Please respect your neighbors' privacy and property. Site assignment is subject to change prior to arrival due to sales or other conditions.
